It uses silicon photonics technology, employs a DFB laser and a PIN receiver, operates at a wavelength of 1310nm, supports a maximum transmission distance of 500 meters over standard OS2 single-mode fiber, uses an MPO-12/APC connector, and has a maximum power consumption of 10W, making it suitable for short-distance use in data centers.

The YXF-QDD-400G-FR4 is a single-mode module from YXFiber designed for mid-range transmission. It utilizes a 4-wavelength CWDM (1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, 1331nm) EML laser and a PIN receiver. Through wavelength division multiplexing, it multiplexes four 100G optical signals onto a single fiber, saving fiber resources in mid-range transmission. It supports a maximum transmission distance of 2km on standard OS2 single-mode fiber, uses LC/UPC connectors, and has a maximum power consumption of 9W. Compared to the LR4, power consumption is reduced by 20-30%, and cost is reduced by 30-50%, making it suitable for mid-range data center applications.
